• Minimum 6 months valid passport from the date of entry into Hong Kong
• Stay period should not exceed more than 14 days
• Info on last 3 trips to Hong Kong in the last 3 years (Passport # & month/year of the trip)
• Info on last 5 trips to foreign countris in the last 3 years (Country name & month/year of the trip)
