• Valid Passport.
• Old Passport, if any.
• Appointment Confirmation
• DS-160 Confirmation Letter
• Updated Last 03 month’s personal bank statement having sufficient balance.
• Updated Last 03 month’s company bank statement.
• Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Company & Personal)
• Invitation Letter(If Applying for Family Visit / Business Visa)
• Invite Passport and Visa copy (If Applying for Family/ Friend Visit)
• Sponsorship letter (If any one sponsoring)
• Sponsor Valid Sign Id copy (For Eg: Pan Card/ Passport copy)
• If employed, Last 03 Month salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company.
• If any students, school or college identity card.
• Employment proof, i.e. Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or memorandum of company
• Biometrics at VAC & interview at Consulate / Embassy

Drop-box Applications:

• Current passport and earlier passport with the expiring or expired US visa
• 2 latest, unused photos (2 inch x 2 inch, white background, matte finish, 60% face coverage, lips closed and without spects)
• DS-160 Application Confirmation
• Drop-off Appointment Confirmation
• For Minors (under 14 years of age): Both parents' current passport photocopies along with the photocopy of their valid US visa (both parents should hold a valid US visa)
